Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Inspire IT Solutions, we strive to provide top-quality Information Technology services and products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear Refund and Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds based on the following conditions:

Physical Products (IT Services and Equipment)

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers must notify us within 24 hours with proof (photos or videos).
  • Free deliveries are available in Banepa, Dhulikhel, Panauti, and Nala, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect.

Digital Products & IT Services

  • Due to the nature of digital products (software, website development, etc.), we do not offer refunds unless the service fails to meet the agreed specifications.
  • If there are technical issues with our service, we will attempt to resolve the problem before issuing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable software, plugins, or digital products.
  • Customized IT solutions or website designs.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To request a refund, contact us at mail@inspireit.com.np with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on the banking or payment provider policies.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing them. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
